My "IBS" Story

This is my personal experience with IBS. It's been 8 years so there's obviously a lot more I could talk about!

Overall I think I'm pretty lucky as I know some people have it much worse and it hasn't seriously impacted my quality of life. It was a constant worry though and I'm not sure I ever went an hour without thinking about it! So I'm very glad to have more control & a bit more peace now!
