My least favourite part of having Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is those nights when you can't sleep, because your tummy is so painfully bloated from too much high FODMAP food. Now I know my triggers from doing the diet protocol, these nights are fortunately a rare occurrence. However, if I've overdone it, this is a sequence I love to help me feel less bloated and fall asleep.
