FODMAPs are are often found in nutritional supplements and because we are taking B12 daily, we can be unwittingly spiking ourselves with a high dose of mannitol or sorbitol, despite our best effort to eat lowFODMAP. So today I wanted to share some options for lowFODMAP B12 supplements.
