Curing Insomnia In One Week!
For about 3-4 months I've had insomnia; struggling to fall asleep, waking in the middle of the night feeling stressed out for 1-3 hours and often waking up too early as well. But I chanced upon this book, The One-Week Insomnia Cure by Prof Jason Ellis, at the library and thought "I have nothing to lose".
Within a week I started falling asleep quickly and waking later in the morning, and things have only improved since. Obviously, I feel a million times better and felt compelled to share this with you! Especially as I've heard from numerous people who developed disordered sleep as a result of IBS.
